The AI Employee Blueprint
A 51-page guide with 112 prompts plus a Task Audit sheet, so you can hire your first AI employee yourself, step by step.
I run Ayala Virtual Assistance Services, I built Filipina Women in Business, and I co-founded Robots & Coffee and JTL Growth with my partner Jamz.
Not bad for a girl from Manila who started out selling lip tints on her cousin's bike.
I've been an achiever since I was little. Ask my mom and dad, they have the medals in a box somewhere.
Being the ate means you go first and figure things out, so the road is a little easier for the one behind you. My sister has seen every chapter of this.
My lola raised me. She's in heaven now, and I still build everything like she's watching.
Lip tints first. I took the orders, packed the boxes, and delivered them myself on my cousin's bike, rain or Manila traffic.
Then networking and live selling. I walked into rooms where I knew nobody and went live for whoever stayed to watch. I heard a lot of no's. They taught me how to sell.
I served at Unli Wings, worked the counter at McDo, and took calls on the graveyard shift at a call center.
That's where I learned speed, service, and how to stay calm when the customer isn't.
Zero experience, a lot of nerve. I learned every tool I could get my hands on, said yes to the hard tasks, and started working with clients abroad.
Today I lead a team, work with clients around the world, run a community of Filipina women in business, and teach companies how to use AI.
What I'm building next: businesses and systems that keep growing without me holding everything together.
Here's how we can work togetherMy agency, and that's my team in the photo. My mom and sister wear the shirt too.
We take over your content, operations, backend and systems, with AI doing a lot of the heavy lifting, so you can stop doing everything yourself.
The community I built so Filipina women can find each other, do business together, and cheer loudly when one of us wins. Over 5,400 members, and it's free to join.
AI workshops I run with my partner Jamz Jamorol. Your team builds real AI employees during the session, so they leave with something that actually works.
