An AI employee is an AI chat tool, like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, set up with a written job description called an Employee Brief, so it does one job in your business the same way every time. It drafts, researches and follows up. You still review and approve its work, the way you would with a new hire.

Are the AI tools included?
No. You pay for your own AI plan, like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, directly with that company. Chapter 2 helps you pick one so you only pay for what you need.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything works in a normal AI chat. If you can fill in a Google Sheet and copy a prompt, you can do this.
Which AI tool do I need?
One paid plan of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, so you can save your Employee Brief in a Project or Gem. Chapter 2 compares them, Grok included, so you can choose the right one for your business before you pay for anything.
I'm a total beginner. Is it too much?
It's long on purpose, but it starts from zero. Chapter 1 explains every word in plain English, and the 30-day plan tells you exactly what to do first.
Can I get a refund?
No. It's a digital download you get instantly, so all sales are final. If a link breaks or a file won't open, email [email protected] and we'll fix the link, resend it, or send a replacement copy if a file is defective.
How do I get it?
Right after payment you get an email with the PDF and a link to make your own copy of the Task Audit sheet.
How long does it take?
One weekend for your first AI employee. About an hour for the foundations, 30 minutes for the audit, then an hour or two for your Employee Brief and the prompts. The rest you keep using for months.

We have two live options. The Overnight Build, October 24 to 25 near Tagaytay, is one night with ten seats where you leave with your own app on your phone. The live workshop, November 21 to 22 in Manila, is two days where we set your AI team up on your own laptop with you. Both are below.
