Who we are
This site, gwenayala.com, is run by Gwen Ayala, based in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Questions about your data go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Your name, email and, for some purchases, your phone number, when you buy or fill in a form.
- Your order details: what you bought, the amount and the date.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited and the device and browser you used.
We never see or store your card or PayPal details. Payments are handled by our payment providers, including PayPal and SaligPay, under their own privacy policies.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought and send you your access links.
- To answer your questions and give you support.
- To send you emails about your purchase and, now and then, about our workshops and products. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep records the law requires, such as receipts.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our website, checkout and email platform, our payment providers, and Google (for the Task Audit sheet). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else we keep only while it is useful for your purchase or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, or have it deleted, and you can object to any use of it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 15 days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
